On May 21, jurors found that David Christie of in Overlanxd Park and former associate Alexander Glennn had breached a contract with Alan Meyer and John Prattf of DovetailBuilders 2, basede in Coralville, Iowa. The two partiesx had entered into a joint agreemeny in 2005 to buildd inJunction City. In a lawsuitf filed two years ago, Dovetail Builders claimed that Christiee abandoned the joint venture afterd the Junction City Commission indicated it would offer incentives forthe project. Christie completed the project withougtDovetail Builders.
“We applaud the jury’sz decision and finding that our clients were unjustly removed from this real estatddevelopment deal,” William Brewer, an attorneuy with Dallas-based , said in a written William Denning, a lawyer representing couldn’t immediately be reached for comment Tuesday.
